'Orbit'

In this work i wanted to bring together, inner personal journey and space travel - its that moment where you can view your life as if from a distance - as the title suggests 'Orbit ' is about floating and observing the contours of ones own world - the windows on the inside were inspired by satellite footage of coastlines - the sounds are based on the pressure and release of air in a space capsules. I want people to have an inner journey - to feel yourself expand beyond the sculpture - beyond the confines of the earth and into a spiritual sense of eternity.
