'Time Tunnel'
commissioned by Stockport Museum & Art Gallery 2002. An educational tool to explore history through interaction. There are three podular sections inside. Primative, middle ages and present. The primative section has cave paintings, smell of dried mushrooms and volcanic red light, and the sound of tribal drum beats. Middle ages is represented by a boat shaped space, flickering candle light and the smell of beeswax, sound of lapping waves on a shore-line sychronised with the sound of a harpsichord. Present - lined with purple vinyl, smell of TCP, with electronic music.
